1. What we collect

What you send us. The offer form asks for the property's street address, city, state and ZIP code, your first and last name, your phone number and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your asking price and your reason for selling. On a call, we may write down what you tell us about the house and your plans.
Call and form records. Our phone numbers and the form are run through CallRail. It records the number you called from, when you called, the page or search that brought you to us, and the form fields you sent. Calls may be recorded so we capture the details of your property accurately; if you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call.
Website usage. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time). Google Analytics records how visitors move through the site using cookies.
Address suggestions. When you type the property address, Google Maps suggests matching addresses. What you type is sent to Google to produce those suggestions.

2. How we use it

To call, text or email you about the property you asked about.
To inspect the property and prepare a written cash offer.
To arrange a closing with a title company if you accept.
To see which pages and searches lead people to contact us, and to improve the site.
To keep records the law requires and to answer lawful requests.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not give your phone number to anyone for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as we are talking with you about the property and for a reasonable time afterward in case you come back to us. If we buy your house, we keep the transaction records for as long as real estate and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those required records.

7. Your rights and how to use them

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. 8. Security
